When you book a tour directly or through an OTA (GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, Viator, Project Expedition), we may receive your name, email address, phone number, number of guests, and any special requirements you provide. We also collect basic usage data if you visit our website.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your booking, to contact you about changes or cancellations, and to send a post-tour review request. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Bookings made through OTAs are subject to those platforms' own privacy policies. We use Bokun as our reservation system; they process booking data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes (Revenue compliance). Review request data is deleted after 90 days.
