Booking

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment. Direct bookings are made via our website. OTA bookings are subject to the terms of the relevant platform in addition to these terms.

Cancellation

Customers

Public tours: Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Private and group bookings: Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances. The remaining balance is refundable up to 24 hours before the tour; within 24 hours, no refund.

Cancellation - STTS

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to severe weather, insufficient bookings, or circumstances outside our control. In these cases a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered. If we cancel, you receive a full refund including any deposit, or an alternative date.

Age and alcohol

Guests must be 18 or over to participate in any experience that includes alcohol. By booking you confirm all guests in your party are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated at the start of a tour.

Health and safety

Our tours involve walking on public streets and uneven surfaces. Guests participate at their own risk. We hold public liability insurance (€13M cover). Any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect participation should be flagged at time of booking.

Photographs

A Polaroid photograph is included in several products and is given to the guest. STTS may photograph or film tours for social media and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, let your guide know before the tour starts.

Liability

Stroll to the Stout is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during a tour, or for any injury resulting from a guest failing to follow guide instructions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
